Pag Pizza Academy is opening applications for the next intensive training, a six-day hands-on program focused on real technique, premium ingredients, and the rhythm of professional pizza kitchens.

D10’s Pizza Fantasista is now part of Pag on the Menu, introducing Kaloka Vege as a new signature pizza inspired by Pag cheese, skuta, rosemary, olive oil, and the island’s culinary identity.

Student Wojciech Filipczak organized a full pizza workshop at his high school, sharing skills learned on the Croatian island of Pag and bringing authentic Neapolitan pizza closer to his local community.

Pizza fritta was born in difficult times when ovens were destroyed and ingredients were scarce. Today, we prepare it at D10 in two versions — classic and fantasista — with respect for its origins.

On Saturday, October 18th, D10 welcomes guest pizzaiolo Jernej Berlot, presenting several different pizza styles alongside the already familiar Ruota di Carro — including fried pizza, canotto, and sweet versions.

This Thursday, D10 starts the #G10s series — a lineup of guest chefs and pizzaioli bringing new, pizza-inspired specialties from across Europe to Pag.

At the Mainardi Food & APN Pizza Cup in Pag, local pizzaioli claimed podium positions in both categories — keeping two of the main trophies on the island.

On August 19th, 2025, Pag hosts the Mainardi & APN Pizza Cup — an international qualification event where pizzaioli compete for a place at the Trofeo Caputo world championship in Naples.
